How can I register for the Working Week 2023?

My payment is declined, what must I do?

After paying your registration you might receive the message like this, saying that your payment was declined: 


Please DO NOT attempt to pay again.

As an added security measure some credit card transactions may present as declined until we can manually approve the charge through our Payment Processor. This approval will happen within 2-3 business days and once approved your registration record will be updated and you will receive a confirmation email. If your payment is declined, we will contact you directly for another form of payment.

Please DO NOT attempt to run your card again or switch your payment type from credit card.
This could contribute to possible double payment and delay timing for any refunds that need to be returned. If you have any questions, please contact [email protected].

Can I change my registration?

Yes! Please go to the registration website and fill in the name and emailaddress you have registered with. You will then enter the registration system where you can change your registration.

How can I make a reservation for a hotel room at the venue?

The location of FIG Working Week 2023 is the Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek / Waldorf Astoria Orlando hotel complex. The two hotels are under one roof with the conference center located between them.
After your registration for the Working Week, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to the hotel reservation.

How can I request a visa letter?

You can request a visa letter in the Registration form.

Please note: I: If you request a visa letter with your registration, your registration confirmation will be reviewed for your visa approval first. Once that approval has been cleared you will receive your confirmation email and visa letter.

Can I still submit an abstract

No. The deadline for submitting an abstract was 15 January 2023.

When do I have to submit my full paper?

You will get an email about acceptation of your abstract after 20 February 2023. You can send in your full paper before 28 February 2023.

How do I send in my full paper?

Authors of all accepted abstracts at the FIG Working Week must submit a full paper. You can send your paper to [email protected]

It is important to follow the guidelines. Papers submitted with incorrect formats will be returned to authors. The full paper has a maximum length of 15 pages.
